Our mobile ship crane has a carrying capacity of 150 tonnes and is the
largest in Germany.
Ships with lengths up to 40 metres and widths of 8.5 metres can be hoisted
from the water with no problem using this safe system. We are able to
hydraulically move the lifting belts into place, and when necessary, we
can even use up to eight belts.
The entire lifting system is served through one radio system. The lifted
ship can be driven on land to our washing facilities or may be brought
to where it needs to be worked on. An appropriate base frame on which
the ship can be set is found. A scaffolding is then put up around it in
order to efficiently take care of any and all work needing to be done.

The advantages of this system over a launchway or any other system is
a fast, problem-free slip, increased safety during slip work, and freedom
of not having to work on the tides’ schedule.
Before the ships are put on the base frame, we wash it at our ecologically-sound
washing facilities. The runoff is then cleaned at a treatment plant before
being deposited into the sewer system.
